Listings Service Agreement Standard Terms and Conditions

1. Acknowledgement & Acceptance of Agreement

1.1. This Agreement (along with all other applicable terms and conditions, including, without limitation, the Visa Oshwal Community Terms of Use and Code of Conduct) is made and entered into by Visa Oshwal Community and the business entity identified by you when registering and accepting this Agreement. By clicking "I Accept," you acknowledge, represent, and warrant that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the Advertiser.

1.2. Pursuant to this Agreement, Advertiser submits Business Listing(s) and/or links to its website(s) for inclusion on the Visa Oshwal Community App.

2. Notification of Changes

2.1. Visa Oshwal Community may, at its sole discretion, modify this Agreement. Changes will be posted to the App with the updated “Last Updated” date. You are responsible for checking this Agreement for updates.

2.2. If you do not accept modifications, your remedy is to notify Visa Oshwal Community of your election not to renew the Agreement.

3. Term of Agreement

3.1. Visa Oshwal Community may terminate this Agreement at any time. Listings will auto-renew unless you notify Visa Oshwal Community of cancellation by sending an email with the subject line “CANCELLATION” to manager@oshwalnairobi.org.

4. Service Fees and Payment Terms

4.1. Advertiser agrees to pay all charges, including applicable taxes. All payments are non-refundable.

4.2. Late payments will incur interest at 1% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.

5. Editorial Standards and Requirements

Advertisers must adhere to Visa Oshwal Community's editorial standards. Submissions are subject to review and approval.

6. Security

Advertisers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.

7. Registration Information

Visa Oshwal Community may use registration information to contact Advertisers and may disclose such information as outlined in its privacy policy.
